Ken Forging Inc. manufactures a wide selection of galvanized nuts. We perform drop forging and a variety of secondary operations to make high quality industrial fasteners and hardware. Our standard products include eye nuts, nut eyebolts, pad eyes, and rod ends. Custom forgings are also available up to a maximum of 250 Lbs. We can work with a range of different materials, and we offer both hot dip and electro galvanization methods. Same-day shipping is available. Galvanized nuts
We offer many options for our parts so we can provide fasteners that are perfectly suited to your application. For example, one choice you can make is the method of galvanization. When compared to hot dipping, electro galvanizing results in a thinner coating, and features superior aesthetics and less distortion of high precision parts. Alternatively, the thicker zinc deposits provided by hot dipping result in longer lasting resistance to corrosion.

Galvanized nut expertise
Since the start of our company in 1970, we have been expanding our capabilities and product offering. The variety of materials we can work with includes a range of alloy steel, stainless steel, and carbon steel grades. We offer several threading types including UNC, UNF, ACME, and metric. Our goal is to always supply the best forgings for our customers’ applications.
Galvanized nut forging process
All of our products are proudly forged in the USA. We have a 250,000 square foot facility in Jefferson Ohio. Our capabilities include open-die and closed die drop forging, as well as upsetter forging. To maintain our high standards for quality, we provide complete traceability and lot control. We also perform magnetic particle inspections and 200 per cent proof load tests.
