Titan chain

Titan chain has a number of features that extend the life of the chain. Firstly, it has special coated pins that provide a low friction, extra hard surface. This limits the wear between pins and bushing areas, which significantly extends wear life and ensures reliable performance even in high debris environments.

This chain also features our patented PerforMax bushings. These bushings have seamless construction as they are cold formed from a solid piece of steel. In addition, the inner surface of the busing has lube grooves that retain oil at the point of contact. This design provides increased wear life. These bushings are available in sizes from 80 to 140.

Titan chains also have ring coined connecting links that offer increased fatigue strength and durability. Our ring-coining process causes positive compressive stresses around the pitch holes to counteract shock loads. These chains are available in sizes from 35-240 and with a range of options including single and multi-strand, attachment, and made-to-order.
