Furnaces

We have furnaces of many types. We can supply you a custom furnace to meet your requirements. Here are some styles of furnaces we can provide:

Bottom loading elevator hearth furnaces: These models offer a heated chamber with 18" x 18" x 18" of usable space. They can reach temperatures up to 1500 C or 2732 F.

Mesh belt conveyor furnaces: This model offers a 180" long chamber with a belt that is 24" wide. It can achieve a maximum temperature of 1000 C or 1850 F.

Rotary heart furnaces: This type has a circular indexing hearth. Its maximum operating temperature is 1100 C or 2012 F.

Rotary tube furnaces: This is a calcining furnace with an inside diameter of 10" and a heated space 144" long. The tube can be constructed with high temperature alloy or quartz.

Transparent furnaces: These models allow you to view the work piece inside the furnace. They have a maximum temperature of 1100 C or 2012 F. They utilize a gold mirror as the insulation, which makes for rapid heat up and cool down rates.

Walking beam furnaces: This type of furnace has a heated chamber measuring 24" high, 240" wide and 120" deep. They are rated to 1080 KW and have a maximum operating temperature of 1370 C or 2498 F.
