Four-Slide Products

We manufacture four-slide stampings, including flat clips, spring clips, flat wire forms and four-slide parts. They are manufactured from copper cadmium, zinc-plated cold-rolled steel, beryllium copper, phosphate-finished steel and other quality metals.

Four-Slide Products Manufacturing Equipment

We manufacture stampings and clips using four-slide machines, a type of horizontal stamping press. Because only one machine is necessary to complete four-slide operations, we can offer cost-effective stampings and clips to our customers. We also have design engineering services and AutoCAD capability. Our computerized testing and measuring equipment ensures that we always make top-quality springs, forms and stampings. Our recently acquired austempering lines harden and temper spring steel in the range of HRC 42-47.
