Force Gauges

Durham Instruments sells compact force gauge load cells that offer unprecedented measuring power and durability. Many of our products are made of stainless steel, so your purchase won’t succumb to heat or corrosion. With low crosstalk and measuring capacities up to 100,000 lbf., we offer excellent performance to match that long life.

Many different models to choose from

Our four types of force gauges measure the exertion your product faces with exceptional accuracy and care.

Axial torsion models include the 1216, which determines the load and torsion on an object within a maximum error rate of 0.07 per cent. The 2816 model, meanwhile, can measure up to 15,000 lbf. And works in temperatures up to 45 degrees Celsius. Other models include the TQ7, which is guaranteed to reduce crosstalk to below five per cent.

Our load pin cells are made of durable stainless steel to help them resist heat, vibration and more. Load cell washers, meanwhile, include the ELWF model, a cost-efficient washer that measures force up to 2,000 lbf. with its stainless steel and tolerant glass construction. The KMR force washer is also made of stainless steel, and can measure force up to 400 kN.

Other load cell washers include the LW model, which offers compact design and up to 100,000 lbf. of measuring capacity. The PACEline CLP is even smaller, reaching heights of just 4 mm and measuring up to 62 kN of force.

Force measurement for nearly any industry

Designed to determine the level of force exerted on a product, these goods are ideal for measurement purposes in transportation, mining and power generation.
