Food processing pumps

Our food processing pumps constructed with FDA compliant materials such as Hytrel and Teflon food-grade elastomers. The wetted sections are made with bead-blasted, passivated 316 stainless steel, and center sections are nickel plated aluminum. The pump sizes range from 1/2" to 3" and they have a flow range up to 260 gpm. They are capable of handling particles sizes up to 0.375" (9.52mm) in diameter, and have suction lift up to 20′ dry and 25′ wet (6.10m and 7.62m).

These pumps feature Versa-Matic’s innovative air valve system that virtually eliminates stalling, icing, and the need for lubrication. They are available with pre-cast bosses and Versa-Sense leak detection systems. They have tri-clamp connections and wing-nut clamp bands that allow quick assembly and disassembly.
