Flow measurement and controls

We offer products including open channel flow monitors, dry pump monitors, and plugged chute detectors. They use capacitance technology which features no moving parts, low maintenance, compatibility with all liquid types, and no need for routine cleaning. Our sensing probes can continuously monitor the surrounding capacitance field to detect any changes in flow or liquid characteristics.

Our flow monitors for open channels utilize capacitance technology in combination with a primary flow device. The tip of the sensing probe is submerged in the target liquid to measure and display flow rates and flow totalization. The probe is rated for process temperatures ranging from -60 C to 260 C, and pressures up to 1500 psi.

For monitoring the flow through pumps and other equipment, we offer an in-line dry pump monitor. The sensor has a wafer flange design that enables it to monitor the capacitance field of fluids as they pass through. This design avoids any intrusion into the stream flow, while protecting your equipment from dry conditions.
