A range of flow control valves are available from Wainbee Limited. They include a variety of options for design, sizes, actuators, and mounting styles. Our products are supplied by leading manufacturers such as Clippard, and we have a thorough quality management process including reviews of nonconformance reports on a regular basis. Flow control valves

From Clippard, we offer control valves in poppet and spool designs. They are available with 2-way, 3-way, or 4-way functionality. The sizes range from #3-56 and #10-32 (M5) through 1/8" NPT (G1/8) ports. They are capable of handling pressures up to 300 psig/21 bar, and are available with air pilot, manual, solenoid, and mechanical actuators. The options for mounting styles include in-line, manifold mount, panel mount, or clearance holes for mounting screws.

Proportional flow control valves are also available. These products are supplied by Proportion-Air. The valves consist of a number of components in one package. They include a pneumatic valve actuator, an electronic pneumatic positioner with +/-0.3% F.S. resolution, a LVDT position sensor, an angle seat valve, and a parabolic shaped linear valve trim.
