We manufacture flexible non-metallic hoses in a variety of materials and styles. Our hoses feature durable designs that will stand up to abrasion, moisture, puncture, oil, UV, and more. Many of our standard products are reinforced with steel wire helixes, but for applications that require a non-conductive solution, we can substitute them with plastic helixes. Hi-Tech Duravent takes a problem-solving approach to meet the needs of the marketplace and our customers. Our 2PN neoprene coated polyester hose is available with a non-metallic helix.  We can provide either one-ply or two-ply construction, depending on the demands of your application. These hoses are self-extinguishing and UL approved. They are rated for temperatures ranging from -40 C up to 121 C.

The UFD-AP hose is made with thermoplastic polyurethane and an ABS helix. It is highly flexible and light weight, making it an appropriate replacement for EPDM hoses with thicker walls. It has a temperature range of -40 C up to 93 C.

Our SDH hoses come standard with a plastic helix incorporated into the thermoplastic urethane construction. These hoses are free of fillers, halogens, and surface oils. They and will not outgas and the construction materials are FDA approved. This design offers an ideal solution for clean rooms. They have a temperature range from -29 C up to 82 C.
