Flexible Hose Product Lines

We manufacture flexible hoses in a wide range of sizes and styles.

• Super Vac-U-Flex hose provides maximum strength and flexibility. The hose consists of a PVC single ply cover on top of a coated wire helix. Polyester reinforcing yarns add extra strength. This unique construction provides excellent helix-to-cover adhesion, and its smooth inner surface allows for good airflow. PVC screw on end fittings are available for most sizes.
• Stretch Hose is constructed from lightweight PVC or similar blends with a vinyl-coated spring steel wire helix. The directional ID wall lap configuration ensures good airflow even when the hose is compressed.
• Manufactured from 2-ply vinyl, our Conductaflex hose features reinforcing yarns and parallel copper-coated wire helixes. These carry electrical current well.

Flexible Hose Industrial Applications

We serve the floor care, medical devices, construction, automotive, home appliance, nuclear and aerospace industries, among others. Our hoses have been used in space shuttles to prevent ice build-up, and during missions to the moon, astronauts drink water through our on-board drinking hose. In the 1950s, doctors developed iron lungs with our products, saving the lives of many polio patients.
