Norpak Handling Limited offers flexible conveyors that reduce the labor of loading and unloading containers and trailers. These conveyors are flexible and extendible, and the elevation of the end boom can be easily changed. This flexibility allows the material handling system to be conveniently adjusted to suit the current work application. Powered traverse options are also available for when the conveyor must be moved from one location to another, such as moving to a different loading dock. When these conveyors are not in use, they can be quickly compacted to save floor space.

Flexible conveyors

Our flexible conveyors are available in either powered or gravity varieties. Our various types of flexible gravity conveyors have weight capacities ranging up to 300 lbs. per linear foot. The conveyor height can be adjusted from 28 1/2” up to 41 1/2”, and the widths range from 18” to 30”. They are available in any length.

We offer four different types of flexible gravity conveyors for various uses including: light duty applications including packaging lines; heavy duty applications involving high impacts; and handling of bags, low grade cartons, and odd shaped boxes that are susceptible to getting caught up on skatewheel conveyors.

To make moving the conveyor safer, faster, and easier, we offer our PowerTrax option. At the push of a button, the PowerTrax can pull the conveyor into a truck or push it back out to the loading dock.
