We have experience building flare drums with diameters spanning 15 feet, and stacks reaching 200 feet tall. Our huge facility and crane capabilities allow us to test-fit your stack inside our building. We are capable of fabricating with materials including titanium, carbon steel, stainless steel, Hastelloy, Inconel and Monel. We have earned our reputation for fabricating equipment for critical applications that require thorough inspection and testing.

Flare Stacks

We can custom build flare stacks to meet your requirements. In the past, we have built everything from pipe-bodied vessels with diameters as small as a couple of inches, to big flare drums with diameters spanning 15 feet.  In addition to our fabrication and assembly services, we do engineering design and detailing. We can also provide the installation of insulation, structural supports, electrical and instrumentation. We will fully prepare your flare stacks for shipping.

One of the initial projects we completed in our latest facility was a stack 200 feet tall. The project showed the advantage our cutting-edge facility offers in this industry sector. The stack was fabricated in three sections, the largest of which weighed over 108,000 pounds. We were able to trial fit the sections together—including all the ladders and platforms—inside our building. We have that capability due to the size of our facility, the capacity of our crane, and our height under hook.

We have pioneered unique methods for laser inspection of stacks to guarantee overall straightness. We also have our own preparation method to make our stacks easy to assemble and to correct orientation when they are erected at their final destinations.
