External gear pumps

Here is some technical data on Bucher Hydraulics’ AP external gear pumps with aluminum construction. The various models offer between 0.25 and 93.0 cm³/rev displacement. They have operating pressure ratings up to 250 bar, and peak pressures up to 300 bar. The speed range goes from a 500 rpm minimum up to 7000 rpm maximum.

The cast iron models offer a displacement range from 15.1 to 54.0 cm³/rev, operating pressures up to 300 bar and peak pressures up to 320 bar. The minimum speed is 500 rpm and maximum speed is 3500 rpm.

Custom models are also available for special applications. They are available with dedicated front covers that enhance mechanical performance when handling radial or axial loads, and dedicated back covers featuring integrated circuits for controlling pressure and flow.
