The Flamquench II installs easily on rectangular vents, where it sucks up heat to prevent and extinguish fires. Its counterpart, the original FlamQuench, provides similar performance, but works with round vents, limiting flames and preventing dust from getting into the system.

We also offer the Elequench, an extinguishing filter designed for grain vents, as well as the EleGaurd, which vents elevators and can open easily while still preventing flames.

Other varieties include the composite vent (CV), which is made of stainless steel and fluoropolymer that offers 100 per cent efficiency when venting while keeping explosions enclosed. This type features many different modifications, including the CV-SI, which offers a higher operating ratio than the regular composite vent; the CV-CF, with a construction featuring more stainless steel; the CV-SF, which features a support frame to create a vacuum, and more.

The Vmax vent provides similar vacuum performance, with durable construction that won’t break or fragment. With three modified versions available, the Sani-V works at nearly any temperature while still forming vacuum conditions and maintaining a 50 per cent operating ratio.
