A New Jersey-based company with 35+ years of experience, Brim Electronics engineers and manufactures many models of electronic and electric wires, cables, tubing and sleeving. Our goal is to maximize your business’s efficiency and productivity by supplying quality wires in no time at all. With friendly staff members and a large inventory, we make it easy to get started in the weird and wonderful world of wires. We also offer secondary manufacturing activities including wire and cable cutting and stripping, crimping, harness and cable assemblies, hot stamping and hot tinned dipping.

High temperature lead wire |
–Nickel-plated copper wires in small diameters that allow unique constructions. RoHS compliant. –Available in three high temperature ratings: 800ºF (conductor coated in Fiberglass/silicone braid); 1500ºF (conductor coated in Inorganic/silicone braid); 2000ºF (conductor covered in specially formulated ceramic braid, and a pure nickel braided shield). –Suitable for kilns, furnaces, heaters, missile wire. |

Kapton lead wire |
–Polyimide tape that features a stranded silver-plated copper conductor with a heat-sealable FEP coating. –High temperature performance; high radiation resistance; impervious to most chemicals –RoHS compliant. |

High voltage Teflon wire |
–Silver-plated copper conductor with corona-retarding insulation, TFE tape wrap insulation, and colour-coded jacket. –Provides high temperature resistance; insulation does not crack. –Operating temperature: -90ºC–250ºC |

Ultra-flexible wire |
–Flexible soft bare copper conductor; PVC insulation that minimizes kinking and bending torque. –Suits applications in which wires encounter continuous flexing. –Operating temperature: -40ºC–80ºC. |

Electronic Wire Manufacturing Process
Each of our products has a unique manufacturing process, but our dedicated teams always work with top-quality materials. We can also manufacture tubing in other materials and colours, and can provide etching for bonding upon request.
