At Brim Electronics, we manufacture and market a wide variety of electronic and electric wires, cables, tubing and sleeving. We also offer secondary manufacturing activities such as wire and cable cutting and stripping, crimping, harness and cable assemblies, hot stamping and hot tinned dipping. Audio cables |
–Shielded unjacketed: 2 PVC-insulated, stranded TC conductors are twisted together; braided tinned copper shield. –UL unshielded: Conductors (UL style 1061) are cabled and covered in a PVC jacket. –Unshielded jacketed: Solid or stranded tinned copper conductors are PVC-insulated and twisted together. Covered in PVC jacket. –Unshielded unjacketed: 2-3 copper conductors; PVC insulation. –All function in temperatures between -40ºC-80ºC. |

–UL unshielded: Conductors (UL style 1061) are cabled and covered in a PVC jacket. –Unshielded direct burial: 2 conductors are twisted together and covered in high molecular weight polyethylene jacket. –All function in temperatures between -40ºC-80ºC. |

Ribbon cables |
–Mil spec bonded: Stranded tinned copper conductors are colour-coded and PVC-insulated. Bound together in a flat ribbon cable. Resists acids, alkalis, and flame. Conductors easy separate for quick terminations. Functions in temperatures between -55ºC-105ºC. |

Telemetry cables |
–5-19 Type C-12 stranded tinned copper. PVC insulation and heavy-duty jacket. Abrasion and solvent resistance. Functions in temperatures between -55ºC-105ºC. |
