We make horizontal and vertical honing machines that are ideal for all your drilling and boring applications. These machines offer smooth motion under any load. They are capable of boring up to 36 inches in diameter.  Our machines are self-contained, and feature heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders for smooth, controlled reciprocation. They are capable of infinitely variable speeds, and have LED read-outs for spindle RPM and stroke speeds. An LCD read-out provides information on DNC program settings and time. Drilling machines

Here are some details on our different machine models.

• ·         The 92H-15 horizontal machine is capable of bore diameters of 13.5 inches, and strokes up to 15 feet.
• ·         The 74H horizontal machine can bore diameters of 19.5 inches and make strokes of 22 feet.
• ·         The 75H machine can make strokes up to 44 feet and bore diameters of 19.5 inches.
• ·         The 86V vertical machine has stroke lengths up to 72 inches and 100 FPM. The standard spindle RPM range is 30 to 220.

The directional valves on our machines are solenoid-controlled and built to ISO standards. The motor and hydraulic pumps on our machines are conveniently located for easy service. We provide alloy steel machine tools that are heat treated and shock resistant. Also available are a variety of abrasives and honing fluid.
