MLGX25 Multi-Roller Linear Guide System

The MLGX25’s unique “Dual-X” design provides reliable, consistent, and smooth linear movement in any direction (Vertical, Radial or Thrust).

Stainless Steel Full Extension Ball Bearing Drawer Slides

The ESR-DC4513 series are side mounted ball bearing drawer slides made from 304 stainless steel. These full extension drawer slides are available in slide lengths of 200 mm (7 7/8”) up to 700 mm (27 9/16”) and have varied load capacities of 40 kg (87 lbs.) up to 54 kg (119 lbs.) per pair.

The hold-in detent and positive stop features allow the drawer to be firmly held in place when in the opened and in the closed position. There is a disconnecting lever found at the front of the slides; when pressed, it dislodges the drawer from the cabinet frame.

Stainless Steel Soft Closing Full Extension Ball Bearing Drawer Slides

The ESR-SC4513 series are soft closing ball bearing drawer slides made from 304 stainless steel. These side mounted full extension drawer slides are available in slide lengths of 400 mm (15 3/4”) up to 700 mm (27 9/16”) and have varied load capacities of 31 kg (68 lbs.) up to 37 kg (82 lbs.) per pair.

The ESR-SC4513 series features the same hold in detent, positive stop functions, and disconnecting lever as the ESR-DC4513, however what makes this series unique is its integrated soft-closing. This feature absorbs the impact from closing drawers, which secures the contents inside the cabinet drawer and prevents fingers from getting caught.

Mini Linear Guides

The MRS series are ultra mini guide rails made from lightweight anodized aluminum alloy, which is recyclable and highly resistant to corrosion. The MRS series rail can be paired with the MRS-20CS guide block. This guide block is made of polyethylene resin, a special material which is highly chemical resistant and is excellent for sliding in the rail, without the need for additional grease. The unique design of these linear guides makes them ideal for use in vending machines and industrial equipment for horizontal applications.

Mini Linear Guides with Multi-roller Guide Block

The MLG series are unique mini guide rails, with multi-roller guide block and mounting plate options. The multi-roller ball bearing mechanism allows for smooth movement in the rail even with applied loads in radial, thrust, or vertical directions. This linear guide was designed to be used with stoppers in medical equipment, food machines, amusement machines, and analytical instruments.
