Docking Equipment

With the Destuff-IT product line, Engineered Lifting Systems & Equipment continues our commitment to deliver products in a timely fashion that fit your budget, while exceeding your expectations. Unlike telescopic belt conveyors that deliver product at a fixed height and lack an operator platform, the Destuff-IT safely positions the operator and boxed product at an optimal height for efficient ergonomic transfer out of containers and trailers.

Product Lines

This line includes the Destuff-IT Unloader and the Restuff-IT Bi-Directional Loader. Both machines are ergonomic end-of-conveyor lift assists used by workers tasked with manually handling boxes, rolls, totes and tires into and out of floor-loaded trailers and containers.

Operators experience more throughput and greater handling capacity with less fatigue and muscle strain because of optimal positioning to the box wall. It is common for a single person on a Destuff-IT to achieve a case rate in excess of 900 boxes per hour, depending on the size and weight of the box. Whether handling a single SKU or dozens, the Destuff-IT aids in getting boxes to the dock area for sorting and palletizing in an efficient manner.

Units are made with a solid welded base and are supported by four swivel casters with fork truck pockets. An on-board programmable logic control system coordinates the steering system, platform or conveyor hydraulics and conveyor indexing logic. Machines have easy-to-reach controls on pivoting conveyors. Platform height can be adjusted and have a rubber ergo mat surface. Each machine has a self-propelled dual travel drive with steering system. Units can easily travel in tight spaces, perform zero radius turns and can tow flexible conveyor sections.

Industries served

Our loaders and unloaders are useful in warehouses and 3PLs.

Manufacturing process

Our equipment and designs meet multiple vigorous standards, including National Building Code of Canada Canadian Electrical Code, Steel Design Code (CSA S16.1) and Welded Steel Construction Code (CWB W59). Each unit is proudly built in Canada by ELS staff. Robust welded steel construction ensures this unit is built to perform, even for multi-shift operations. Optional features include a box counter, fan and removable side guides. Flex conveyor length can be variable to fit your space requirements.
