Differential Gauges

Differential pressure gauges from Chevrier Instruments Inc. allow you to measure pressure in your assemblies more accurately. Pressure is rarely uniform from one area to the next, so it can be difficult to get an accurate reading in many cases. We have the solution, with differential pressure gauges that can obtain the difference in pressure between two points. These products’ accuracy allows for better performance and more informed decision making.

Products from trusted names

We offer pressure gauge solutions from companies such as Dwyer, Weksler, Orange Research and more. Our selection of Dwyer products includes their Magnehelic 2000 series, which provides accuracy within two or three per cent of complete accuracy. These products can measure between zero and 15 kPa of differential pressure. There are 14 different models to choose from, each offering different ranges to suit your needs. We also carry their Series 4000 Capsuhelic pressure gauge, which uses pressure containment to allow for more varied and accurate readings. Its results are accurate to within four percentage points, with pressure limits spanning from -20 Hg to 500 psig.

We also carry Weksler’s regal differential gauge, which can achieve results within 2 1/2 per cent and uses a phosphor bronze bourdon tube to measure up to 1,000 psi of pressure. Our Orange Research products have ranges from zero to five psi all the way up to zero to 1,000 psi. Completely weatherproof, these gauges are accurate within two per cent.

In addition to our gauges, we carry a range of accessories for your differential pressure needs. From green dye to hosing to tubing and more, trust Chevrier Instruments to provide all of the parts you require for measuring and controlling pressure.

Applications

These gauges are used to measure pressure at different points in an assembly, and are therefore useful in the chemical, oil and plastics industries, as well as many others.
