Delrin Sheets Product Line
We supply Delrin AF sheets in a variety of thicknesses. Delrin AF consists of 22% Teflon fibres evenly mixed into Delrin resin. The resulting material features the strength, dimensional stability and good machinability similar to that of Delrin with the surface characteristics of PTFE, a softer and less stiff material. Our products are usually in a Delrin AF blend that is two parts Delrin AF and one part Delrin, but we can also supply a one-to-one blend. This material is ideal for manufacturing moving parts in which low friction and long wear are important.
