Deburring Service

Vibra Finish Ltd. offers a deburring service that ensures your products achieve maximum surface smoothness and efficiency. In addition to blighting your products’ aesthetic value, burrs can cause damage to assemblies and parts, increasing the risk of corrosion and wearing away other parts placed nearby. We can help ensure that your products won’t cause damage to themselves or other parts of your assembly by using vibratory finishing equipment. These tools remove burrs easily while improving the consistency of your part’s surface.

Types of deburring available

Our deburring service uses innovative vibratory surface finishing equipment to help remove harmful and unpleasant burrs from your parts. We can deburr your parts using a number of tools, including our barrel tumblers, which slide parts up and down within a barrel, allowing them to rub up against a specific type of media that removes burrs and abrasions. Our vibratory tumblers lift parts up and drop them through a cutting media, which removes burrs through a cleaving motion. Each method creates different finishes, with vibratory tumblers cutting deeper into material and preserving fragile parts, creating a smooth finish. Barrel tumblers, meanwhile, produce parts with rougher surfaces and smoother edges.

Essential for any industry

This service is primarily used to deburr small parts, resulting in smoother surfaces. As a result, deburring is an important finishing process for any industry that involves small parts, including automotive, aerospace, manufacturing and more.
