When it comes to deburring, many of our services can get the job done quickly and effectively. Our barrel tumbling procedures lift and drop your parts against abrasive media in a large, barrel shaped container. This removes burrs effectively and quickly, saving you both time and money. Our vibratory tumbling option is just as effective, using a rubbing technique to remove unnecessary burrs. We also sell ceramic media, which we also offer in our own applications. This media, when added to a tumbling procedure, removes burrs more effectively than other types of media.

We also perform buffing work through our polished finish services. We use tumbling machinery with a corn cob grit or wooden media to make the procedure quick and easy compared to hand buffing, while still attaining the excellent, handcrafted look that you desire.

Our polishing operations can be carried out on a wide variety of materials. If you’re looking for smooth die-castings, we can perform a tumbling application with plastic media that won’t cause surface damage to your part. We often polish steel products with ceramic media and a barrel tumbler, which results in a brighter sheen.
