Our services

There are many variables which can affect the performance of dust collectors. It is important to us that we help you select the right hardware for your project, so we recommend sending a sample of the dust to be collected to one of our representatives allowing us to make an accurate recommendation for the size of the cyclone.

Our representatives will work with you to select the best design and construction materials (including heavy gauge or abrasive resistant steel, rubber linings, etc.) for your specific project.

Our Designs

• High Efficiency designs are available in different sizes. They can be made in smaller units and clustered or built as one larger size to give the same capacity, depending on your location.
• Standard designs are typically for materials that are not extremely fine, such as coarse sawdust and wood shavings.
• Chip designs are built for larger materials, such as heavy wood chips. They are similar to the standard design, except for a shorter cone section.
