A variety of cutting room equipment is available from Lincoln Electric. Just some of the equipment available includes CNC plasma cutting tables and pipe cutting machines. We offer the Torchmate line of automated plasma cutting tables, which includes everything from entry level machines like the Torchmate Growth Series to the industrial grade TMX Pro. For pipe and tube cutting applications, we can offer a range of machines through our Vernon Tool brand. Vernon Tool machines have a reputation for reliability that is backed up by over 850 installations around the world since 1948.

CNC plasma cutting

We offer the Growth Series CNC plasma cutting machine for small part production in the shop, school, or home. It is available as a 4×4 cutting system, and allows part indexing for cut files exceeding the table size. These machines are available with a waterbed that reduces plasma dust while avoiding the need for an expensive and potentially hazardous downdraft system.

On the other end of the spectrum is the TMX Pro CNC cutting table. It can support up to four tools, metal sheets up to 8 feet by 14 feet, and high density plasma systems up to 400 amps. It features a 15-inch touchscreen display, CNC control of multiple plasma torches and oxy fuel, integrated water level control, and remote diagnostics. On-site training, installation, and lifetime technical support also come standard with every machine.

Pipe and tube cutting

One example of the pipe cutting equipment available is the Vernon Tool MPM machine. This machine allows metal pipes and tubes to be conveyed into position, cut, and profiled by single operator. This roller bed CNC pipe cutter offers increased efficiency and safety.  It can be used for oxy-fuel or high definition plasma cutting and is available in two-axis, four-axis, and five-axis configurations. In addition, the Vernon Tool MPM is built to last in even the harshest cutting environments.
