Cutting Laser

Our laser cutting service can provide your product with a high-quality, detailed finish. Many products require specific styling or cutting, but are too hard or intricate to be cut by other methods. Matritech Inc. has a solution with this innovative and effective procedure. This cutting practice is ideal for tough materials or products where detail or accuracy are required. Our experienced team can design and manufacture your products using state-of-the-art experience and the know-how that comes with over 25 years in business.

Advantages to laser cutting

We use our laser cutters to make products with clean edges and quality surfaces. Our machines feature CNC capabilities, which give our operators precise control and allow for detailed and accurate cutting on a number of materials. Laser cutting is also less likely to produce warping in your material, and can slice through tougher materials. This equipment also automatically loads and unloads your products, allowing for greater efficiency and care for your products. We can store your products using our proven MRP material system, which features 36 drawers for better classification.

Necessary for many applications

Laser cutters are primarily used to divide, engrave and finish a wide variety of materials. They can be used for tooling, machine parts and more. As a result, this method is highly useful for companies in industries such as manufacturing, automotive and more.
