Custom Tumbling

Custom tumbling from Vibra Finish Ltd. ensures that your parts receive the surface consistency you desire. Our facilities are fully equipped to carry out many different tumbling applications, each guaranteed to improve the quality of your part. Our design team works with you to determine the most beneficial procedures for your parts and provide careful plans to trained operators. The result: finely produced, durable parts with the perfect surface.

Tumbling options available

If you need a custom tumbling application fulfilled, we have the tools and services necessary to get the job done. There are over 150 machines at the disposal of our trained staff, ensuring that, no matter the level of difficulty, we can give your product the finish it requires.

Our methods include vibratory and barrel tumblers, each of which offer a range of finishing options. Vibratory tumblers protect fragile parts by limiting their movement, and also clean and polish better than barrel tumblers. On the other hand, barrel tumblers make parts stronger and can cut deeper into parts than vibratory tumblers. To find out which tumbling procedure is right for you, contact us today!

Numerous functions

From cleaning and polishing to descaling, burnishing and deburring, no job is too difficult for Vibra Finish Ltd. Our tumblers can carry out a range of product strengthening and finishing applications, which makes these processes valuable when manufacturing parts for industries such as shipbuilding, aerospace and more.

About us

We’ve been in business for over 40 years and have expanded to own four different facilities. At each facility, we carry out operations 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which ensures that we meet customers’ needs quickly without sacrificing quality. We also provide part sampling and testing, which allows you to approve of your parts prior to ordering and protect them against potentially harmful corrosion and wear.
