Custom stamping capabilities

We have metal stamping capacity up to 100 tons, and can work with material thicknesses up to 0.187 inches (4.7 mm). Our other capabilities include in-die tapping and progressive dies. We can also design and build dies in-house. Secondary operations are available such as assembly and welding. A variety of coating and plating options can be provided including electro plating, powder coating, e-coating, and dip-and-spin. Our company is equipped to perform a variety of production methods including punch press, multi-slide, four-slide, continuous strip, and progressive die.

Materials

We can create custom metal stampings from a variety of materials. They include low carbon, high strength, high carbon, and stainless steel. We also offer a range of non-ferrous metal such as brass, copper, zinc, aluminum, titanium, Monel, Inconel, Elgiloy, Hastelloy, and more. We use only the best quality materials provided by North American suppliers.
