Custom Sprockets

Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. can supply made-to-order sprockets. Our manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining for unique tooth profiles, heat-treating, and many options for surface finishes. We can offer highly customize solutions for practically any application thanks to our CAD delivery capabilities. We also stock a wide selection of standard sprockets including idler, double pitch, and British Standard varieties. Manufacturing custom roller chain and engineered class sprockets is our specialty. We have Canada’s largest sprocket manufacturing facility and it is ISO 9001:2008 registered.

Made-to-order sprockets

We use top-grade carbon steel to manufacture sprockets that offer long life and resistance to abrasion and heavy shock loads. For food-grade applications and processes that require extra corrosion resistance, we can make sprockets using alloy and stainless steel.  To meet other special requirements, sprockets are also available in brass, bronze, plastics, and more.

Our sprockets can be solid, welded, and custom machined. They can be provided with various mounting methods such as straight bores, splines, drum mounting, taper bushing styles, power locks and other keyless devices. The options for heat treating include induction, flame, and carburizing/case hardening methods. Various finishes are available including paint, plating, black oxide, and powder coat.

The benefits of getting custom sprockets from Tsubaki include short lead times, same day shipping, and special shipping methods such as custom crates and kits.
