Custom metal fabricators

We can produce custom engineered fabrications from a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, and various alloys. Here is some information on our capabilities:

• High Definition plasma cutting using a Hypertherm HPR400XD. This machine is 100 per cent Hypertherm controlled and capable of handling a maximum sheet size of 120” x 300”. The maximum material thickness is 1-1/2” for aluminum and stainless steel, and 2-1/2” for carbon.
• Laser cutting using a LVD/Strippit model 4020 Orion Laser Cutter. This machine can cut fabrications with special shapes or those that require close tolerances. It has a sheet capacity of 4m x 2m, and can cut up mild steel up to 1” thick.
• CNC forming using presses such as the Pullmax 300 ton hydraulic brake press. It is fully CNC controlled and has a bed length of 12’-2”. Among our other presses, we also use a Cincinnati 400 ton break press with 15’-8” bed length.
