We work with materials including titanium, carbon steel and stainless steel in many grades, and alloys like Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy. No matter your requirements, we can produce what you need. We can make equipment for low temperatures, high-tensile and hardened applications, environments that pose high-corrosion challenges, and sour service. 

Some of the projects we have completed in the past include pressure vessels, piping systems, heat exchangers, stacks, blower fan wheels, skid-mounted equipment and modular plants. Our huge facility gives us the capability to test-fit large equipment inside our building. We have 70 tons of lifting capacity and 30 feet “under the hook”.

Since we began business in 1974, Alps Welding has produced thousands of registered vessels in varieties ranging from small pipe-bodied vessels to flare drums with 15-foot diameters.  We have a stringent quality assurance program, which is A.S.M.E. accredited. We have developed laser inspection procedures to ensure the quality of our final products. Much of the equipment we build is used in critical applications and we are able fabricate our products to precise specifications.
