Engineering

We use sophisticated engineering software capable of creating 3D designs and producing them on automated machine tools. We use automated laser cutters, stamping and bending machines. All of our dies and tools are manufactured in-house. This process ensures precise, high quality results.

Design Review

We utilize our experience to optimize your custom designs. We will examine your requirements to improve your custom parts and reduce the total manufacturing cost.

Finishing and surface treatment

We have developed a network of experienced sub-contractors to offer metal finishing services such as plating, painting, anodizing, welding prep, and silk-screen printing.

Delivery

We guarantee on-time delivery by utilizing a material requirements planning (MRP) system that’s tailored to the individual needs of our clients.

Custom metal fabrication process

We use metal presses with 500 ton capacities that allow us to make a wide variety of products. We use CNC digital presses that are capable of producing complex designs with fast production times. Our welding department uses automated welding machines and we are able to work with materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum. We perform sheet metal cutting using laser cutters and punch-cutters.
