Custom coil and metal strip, tufted cylinder brushes

Customers can order their own unique brushes through our website. We customize metal and coil strip brushes, as well as tufted cylinder brush. Customers simply have to input the dimensions for their desired brush and choose from a few options.

For our coil and metal strip brushes, customers decide on options such as core and channel materials, filament types and styles, bristle density and coil orientation. We offer a wide variety of options for each prompt, including eight different filament types and three different core and channel materials. We also encourage customers to describe the brush’s desired application for better service.

Our tufted cylinder design options include a choice between offset/staggered, straight and spiral/helix styles. We also offer five different end-brushing options for greater customization.
