Crane Accessories & Parts

Established in 1971, Engineered Lifting Systems & Equipment Inc. manufactures a wide variety of cranes, hoists, forklift attachments, accessories and other lifting devices. In addition to our standard series of equipment, we can produce custom carts, platforms, cranes, fixtures and more. All our equipment adheres to rigorous safety criteria, including those of the National Building Code of Canada, the Canadian Electrical Code, and the Steel Design Code. We also provide load testing and equipment certification, installation, and health and safety reviews. From the first design to the first use, we’re here to give you a lift.

Crane Accessories & Parts Product Line

We supply many accessories for cranes, including hoists, trolleys and balancers.

  • Aro 7740B air-driven hoists have a capacity of up to 300 lbs., a 10 ft. lift with variable speed, and either hook or lug suspension. They feature a link chain, a rotary vane air motor, a self-adjusting brake and steel snap hooks. They can be operated between 60 and 100 psi.
  • Manual hook mount trolleys in the Budgit model have capacities between 0.25 and 5 tons. Entirely constructed from steel for maximum strength, the wheels feature hardened treads and roller bearings for easy movement and long service life. A hand-geared push trolley, this model is ideal for applications in which operators should keep their distance from the load.
  • The Bal-Trol Pneumatic Balancer lifts loads while balancing them. Spring tension helps to reduce operator fatigue, while this balancer suspends tooling and leaves works areas uncluttered. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

Crane Accessories & Parts Industrial Applications

We are proud to work with customers in the construction, manufacturing, automotive, pulp and paper, and steel industries, among others.

Crane Accessories & Parts Manufacturing Process

The first step of a custom project involves our professional engineers visiting the customer’s site to collect data and discuss desired outcomes. Engineers then consider how they can optimize cost, safety and durability, and submit a proposal to the customer. After a receipt of purchase, the engineers will use 2D AutoCad or 3D SolidWorks to create a design of the equipment. Once that is approved, our certified welders and licensed millwrights manufacture the machine in our shop. We will then install the equipment on site, and provide training upon request.
