Coupling nuts are available from Advance Fasteners Ltd. Also known as extension nuts, these fasteners are used to connect two male threaded parts such threaded rod. They can create long rod assemblies using shorter lengths of rod, and can be used to tighten the assembly inward or press the assembly outward. Coupling nuts

We can offer hex coupling nuts in zinc plated mild steel and 18-8 stainless steel varieties. They can be supplied in standard or left hand thread styles.

Our standard hex coupling nuts in mild steel are available in sizes from 4/40 to 1-14. Metric sizes are also available. We offer DIN 6334 hex coupling nuts in metric sizes from M6-1.0 X 18 to M36-4.0 X 108. Also available is our reducing series hex coupling nuts. They range in size from 1/4-20 X 5/16-18 to 1-8 X 1/2-13.

We also supply a wide variety of threaded rod that can be used with our coupling nuts. The selection includes brass, aluminum, nylon 6/6, 18-8 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel threaded rod.
