Series 30000 idlers provide unprecedented support for heavy loads

We manufacture the high-quality Series 30000 line of idlers. They come in a variety of models, such as flat belt, return and variable troughing idlers. These products provide ideal performance when working with heavy loads and when run in an ongoing manner. They also work excellently when carrying tough and gritty materials. Each features diameter rolls of either five or six inches, as well as grooved ball-bearings that is continually greased for higher performance and longer life. Our idlers feature self-cleaning cross members, ensuring harmful material doesn’t build up and lower your product’s efficiency. Their brackets don’t jam, giving it the ability to carry weightier loads and improving productivity. Idlers  come in a variety of sizes up to 60 inches in width.

We make each of our products at our plants in Napanee, Ontario and Thetford Mines, Quebec. These facilities feature machine shops, cleaning and painting capabilities and more to help us make and deliver your high-quality products quickly and effectively. Each idler we produce is designed to rigid CEMA C5 regulations, ensuring optimum performance. We can provide end rolls that are tilted at angles up to 45 degrees.
