Sprinter Marking Inc. can supply a range of contact coding systems. We offer ink coding machines that can be incorporated in existing production lines or supplied as standalone systems. They can automatically mark products for applications including logos, dating, pricing, product coding, and spot marking. We offer models that feature maximum speeds up to 350 CPM. These coding systems have a simple design to provide reliable operation with low maintenance. They use removable marking heads to allow messages to be changed quickly. Our machines can be mounted in any orientation. In addition to our selection of machines, we can provide a variety of optional equipment such as flow controls, magnetic hall switches, and relative positioning brackets.
Contact coding systems
Our selection of coding systems includes a number of standard machine models to suit different requirements for marking head sizes. Machines are also available with extended heads and extended strokes for hard-to-reach areas. We can also provide custom designed solutions for unique applications. Besides our standard marking machines with removable heads, we can supply models with adjustable band heads. These models have multiple indexable bands that allow different characters/symbols to be easily "dialed in".
These machines are suitable for marking all types of products, as they can be used on metal, glass, plastic, paper, films, and rigid or flexible containers. In addition, they can provide high quality results regardless of whether the material to be marked is porous, non-porous, flat, curved, stationary, or moving.
