Coffee-Machine Valves

We at ODE Valve Canada are proud of the diversity of our lineup of valves, pumps, and gear motors. Our solenoid valves cover a broad range of applications – including units designed for coffee and vending machines. With 60 years of experience in this field, we can supply coffee-machine valves that are innovative and customized based on specific needs. Five categories of these valves are available.

Coffee machines in workplaces all require reliable, sanitary components to operate properly and consistently, to keep employees and their customers served. So businesses around the world depend on our coffee and vending valves to keep these machines running smoothly at all times. The main factor of excellence in these valves is our accurate selection of every element, as coffee machines require valves that can handle water and milk before and after they are heated.

The five categories of coffee-machine valves available from ODE:

  • Group A. This category consists of 2/2-way solenoid valves for water-tank inlet units. Examples include the 21TG, 21JN, 21A, 21L, 21ALB, 21AP, and 21APB models.
  • Group B. Including the AB32 flow meter and three types of pumps.
  • Group C. 3/2-way solenoid valves for coffee supply units.
  • Group D. 2/2-way valves for hot-water and steam supply units.
  • Group E. 2/2- and 3/2-way valves for steam and milk supply units.

A customer who requires an equivalent valve to an existing one on an espresso machine need only contact us, and we can help to determine the appropriate replacements for Parker, Sirai, Ceme, Lucifer, and any other brands of coffee-machine valves. Espresso machines typically use eight- or nine-watt valves, while domestic machines normally use smaller, five-watt units.

Our 2/2-way valves for water inlet, hot or cold water, mixing, and steam come with G 1/8- and G ¼-inch ports, while 3/2-way valves for Group Head/Brew valve come in either inline with threaded ports or sub-plate/flat base/four-screw, or with 1/8- or ¼-inch ports. We even carry special products like the LM 90-degree valve and units with flow controls, larger orifices, or proportional flow.
