Code markers are available from Sprinter Marking Inc. We offer contact ink code marking machines in a range of sizes. These machines can easily be incorporated into existing production lines to automatically mark all types of products. Some of the typical applications include applying logos, symbols, pricing, product coding, dating, and spot marking. In addition to in-line machines, we can provide complete standalone benchtop and benchmount systems. Our code markers can be used on all types of products and materials such as paper, plastic, metal glass, and films. They can reliably provide high quality markings regardless of whether the target surface is porous or non-porous, flat or round, and moving or stationary. Our wide selection of machines includes models to suit different requirements for marking size and maximum speed. We can also provide code-marking machines with adjustable band heads. These models have heads with multiple indexable bands that allow new characters or symbols to be quickly "dialed" in.
These machines are supplied with a range of standard equipment including ink supply bottles, media pads, dot marking head, type marking head, rubber type holders, and more. A variety of optional equipment is also available including flow controls, relative positioning bracket, and signaling devices such as PLCs and proximity switches.
