We can offer top quality CNC machining services from our Toronto-based facility that spans 50,000 square feet. Our facility is outfitted with more than 100 machines including CNC, multi-spindle, single-spindle, and rotary transfer machines. We use the best equipment available, as we continually invest in new machines that offer enhanced capabilities. CNC Machining

Our array of CNC machines include models from leading brands including Citizen, Star, Miyano, and Hyundai. They include Swiss type automatic lathes, muti-axis lathes, 4-axis twin turret turning centres, and more. These machines offer maximum capacities up to 60 mm. In addition, we use multi-spindle machines with up to 1-3/4 inch capacities, single spindle machines with up to 2-3/8 inch capacities, and rotary transfer machines with up to 45 mm capacities.

This equipment provides our company with versatile and cost-efficient machining capabilities. As a result, we can easily handle any project from small to large volume runs, no matter the complexity or special requirements involved.
