We are equipped with a large array of CNC, single-spindle, multiple-spindle, and rotary transfer machines. In order to continuously improve our services, we upgrade our equipment on a regular basis. Any older machines are replaced by new models that offer enhanced capabilities. We also have a workforce made up of experienced and dedicated professionals. CNC machining services

Our wide range of equipment enables us to handle all types of projects, from small to large volume runs, at any level of complexity. Our CNC machines offer capacities up to 60 millimeters. They include Citizen CNC Swiss Type automatic lathes, Star CNC Swiss Type multi-axis lathes, and Miyano 4-axis twin turret, twin spindle CNC turning centres. Using this equipment, we have machined a diverse range of products including nuts, bolts, washers, spacers, connectors, fittings, components and assemblies.

We have experience machining a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, lead free brass, titanium, copper allows, nylon, and Teflon. Our products are available with range of finishes including heat treaded, anodized, tin plated, zinc plated, chrome plated, black oxide, and magni coated.
