Three clamp types available

Our aluminum stop clamps are designed to work with our polyurethane timing belts to direct how your belt travels.  We carry three different types of clamp, including standard, half and tensioning clamps.      Our standard clamps contain at least five teeth and can be applied to belts as thin as 10 mm and as wide as 150 mm. Our half clamps, meanwhile, fit best on belts as thin as 25 mm and as wide as 85 mm. Each of these clamps resists moisture and corrosion, working effectively in difficult environments.

Application across industry

These clamps can be used to join the ends of belts to make a continuous loop. They can be attached to belts for industrial purposes like steel and coal manufacturing, or for food preparation. Other industries such as recycling and packaging have used clamps for their applications.

Customization available

We also offer a range of tensioning clamps to help loosen or tighten your belts. If aluminum is not conducive to your application, we can create a custom clamp with a material that better suits your needs. We can also use unique surface finishes and have the clamp ready within a minimum of two weeks.
