Chain

Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. has been manufacturing top-quality chains and sprockets in Canada since 1973, and our parent company in Japan has over a century of experience in the industry. Committed to ingenuity and dependability, our engineering and production teams work together to create products that last. Our chains and sprockets minimize your company’s downtime and maximize your productivity. We also offer technical support, prototype development, 3D modeling and rapid turnaround times. With facilities in Mississauga and Edmonton, our premium power transmission products get to the customer quickly.

Chain Product Line

We manufacture a wide variety of drive chains, engineered chains and conveyor chains, including chains designed to work with ice cream, confectionaries, agricultural processes, canned products and other specialty applications. Our Agricultural drive chain, available in single and double pitch, suits moderate-load, low-speed applications common in agriculture. It features quad-staked riveted pins for increased lateral load resistance, and through-hardened pins for greater resistance to shock loads. Our Lambda drive chain is the top self-lubricating chain on the market, lasting 14 times longer than its competitors. It can operate in temperatures between -10ºC and 150ºC, and comes in sizes 40LMD to 140LMD, and 40HLMD-D to 140HLMD-2. Our anti-corrosive conveyor chains are available in many finishes. Nickel-plated chains easily withstand rainwater; stainless steel chains can be used underwater, in acids/alkalis and in corrosive conditions; the zinc-galvanized Neptune conveyor chain resists salt-water and all types of corrosion.

Chain Industrial Applications

Customers in numerous industries use our chains on the job. They work in the mining, manufacturing, automotive, food and beverage, and forestry industries, among others. Whether using our Lambda Self-Lubrication chain in a large sawmill or our NEP (new environmental plating) chain in a potato-cutting machine, customers maximize their productivity.

Chain Manufacturing Process

We are proud to work in an ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008 and API certified facility, and to manufacture products that conform to many other world standards such as ANSI and JIS.
