We supply cast heaters in many styles or we can provide you with custom designed models of all shapes and sizes. We specialize in process heating equipment, and for many years we have been assisting our clients with building the industry’s best heating systems. Cast heaters

We provide a range of cast heaters including air cooled band, liquid cooled band, cross head die and many others. We can even supply custom cast heaters of virtually any size or shape.

Our air-cooled models are available with or without an outer shroud. The shroud is a safety feature that covers the cooling fins and prevents contact with the hot surfaces. Our shrouded heaters are available with an attached forced air fan. This type of setup offers is a full heating and cooling system.  We are also able to provide liquid cooled cast bands, with optional heating elements.

We have cross head die heaters for the application of insulation to electrical wires. These heaters make mounting easy because they come with through holes. These heaters are constructed with aluminum, bronze or brass because those materials perform better than mica or ceramics. Our other cast heater types include ring heaters, platens (available with or without cooling tubes) and L shape heaters that are designed to be used with rectangular extruders.
