Car, barge, and ship unloaders

We design and manufacture systems for loading and unloading railcars, trucks, sea containers, and more. Our equipment is used for handling all types of materials ranging from plastics and chemicals to cement and food stuffs. The various types of unloaders we can supply include both portable and permanent field units. In addition, we often engineer and install complete systems that include features such as railcar/truck scales to allow loading to a pre-set weight.

To ensure a dust-free operation, our loading systems generally use retractable spouts.  The spouts can also "travel" to enable filling of multiple railcars, or filling an entire truck without the need to re-position the vehicle. Our systems for unloading land/sea containers use a retractable pneumatic lance and are typically designed to handle standard 6m (20′) and 12m (40′) containers.
