Cable and harness assemblies

We can assist customers with the design and cost-effective assembly of all types of cable systems such as wire harnesses, motor drive cables, control panel remote access ports, populated cable track assemblies, and more.

The different types of assemblies we offer include:

• Motor and drive assemblies for both high motion and stationary applications.
• Custom populated cable carries and assemblies. They are used in the automation control and drive industries.
• Remote access assemblies that allow easy access to PLCs or industrial computer devices without  compromising safety.
• Bus cordsets including DeviceNet, Profibus, and Ethernet varieties.

Custom designed cable is also available to suit special requirements. This cable can incorporate a range of conductors such as bare copper, nickel plated copper, stainless steel, thermocouple alloys, and high strength alloys. They are available with insulating and jacket materials including PVC, nylon, TPE/TPR, polyurethane, and fluoropolymers. Some of the options for shielding and braids include aluminum/polyester tape, tinned plated copper braid, Kevlar, and fiberglass.
