We make mechanical control cable assemblies of all types. You can have confidence in the reliability of our assemblies because we produce cables for a variety of critical applications. We supply products for medical and surgical applications, push-pull control assemblies used in rail-road and other transportation systems, and we are an approved manufacturer of LOCKCLAD assemblies used in flight controls. We have been making military grade products since the founding of our company in 1942. We have always focused on innovation, product quality and customer service.
Cable assemblies
We have custom manufacturing capabilities to meet or surpass the required specifications for any industry. We make assemblies from unjacketed (3/8) and jacketed (1/8) cable. In addition, we can produce wire rope assemblies (cables with diameters over 3/8 inch), conduit and fittings. We can provide engineering, prototyping and testing services.
They types of assemblies we produce include aircraft control cable, miniature control cable, push-pull control cable, and safety cable. Our Microlin brand of stainless steel miniature cable is used in small spaces. It is available in sizes from 0.010 inches to 0.48 inches, with up to 175 pound breaking strength. We are also the developer of Bertol brand push-pull assemblies that provide precise, reliable, and low maintenance solutions for applications ranging from MRI equipment to automobile seat controls.
