HG-JV65-U-LGR: Concealed Soft-Close Hinge

The HG-JV65-U-LGR hinges from Sugatsune Canada Inc. are hidden from view when the door is closed for safe operation. These concealed hinges are internally mounted, which makes them suitable to be installed on aluminum frames for machine equipment or for tamper-proof security cabinets, such as in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. They have self and soft-closing functions at the final 35 degrees and will firmly hold the door closed. The soft-closing speed is dependent on the door weight and is adjustable by the turn of a hex key. Additionally, they have free-stop function from 95 to 35 degrees for controlled closing. The HG-JV65 hinges are surface mounted, which saves internal machine space, such as in food and medical equipment, and they may also be installed on aluminum frames. They have self and soft-closing functions at the final 35 degrees and will firmly hold the door closed. The soft-closing speed is dependent on the door weight and is adjustable by the turn of a hex key. A stopper is recommended to limit opening past 180 degrees.

HG-JHM16 & HG-JHM20: Soft-Close Hinge for Top Opening

For top-opening lids, such as in vanities or in desk compartments, the HG-JHM16 and HG-JHM20 hinges have a built-in damper to keep the lid from slamming shut. Available in black-and-white finish, the HG-JHM16 is lighter-duty, while the HG-JHM20 is heavier-duty, catering to different lid sizes and weights. With mortise mount installation, the hinges are concealed in the box, and their offset placement allows for lids with flat, rounded, or inclined edge design.

HG-JHM20T: Surface-Mounted Soft-close Hinge for Top Opening

Without having to cut out into the lid or side boards, the HG-JHM20T damper hinges are mounted with screws and include covers for a seamless appearance. They are available in black, white, or chrome finish. For secure closing, the damper mechanism engages after being opened at 60 degrees or more.
