Cabinet Cooling Air Conditioners

EXAIR compressed-air powered Cabinet Cooler systems are a low-cost, maintenance free and reliable way to cool and purge electronic cabinets. EXAIR Cabinet Coolers are UL listed for NEMA integrity, available for installation upon NEMA 12, 4 and 4X enclosures. The compact Cabinet Cooler systems can be installed in minutes through standard electrical knockouts. Cabinet Cooler systems are available from stock in 275 through 5,600 BTU/Hr. Choose a system to operate continuously or to turn itself on and off only as needed to protect your expensive electronics from hot weather or environments.
These CE compliant Cabinet Coolers are made from aluminum, 303 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. High temperature models are good up to 200°F (93°C) ambient temperatures. Specific models provide a continuous, low flow, purge keep dust, dirt and debris from entering into the enclosure. Cabinet Cooler systems thrive in harsh environments or remote locations and their compact size allows them to fit into tight spaces. They use a source of compressed air to provide air conditioned cold air into an electrical cabinet so no harmful CFC’s are required. A thermostatically controlled unit is the perfect solution for seasonal overheating problems because it will simply shut off when cooling is not required during colder months. A construction equipment company has some electronic cabinets in a very wet environment and they needed to keep the humidity levels down in the panel because it affected the readings of some sensors. A Model 4708 NEMA 4 Cabinet Cooler System, Continuous Operation purged the panel with cool dry air and maintained a consistent humidity level that enabled their instruments to function properly.
EXAIR Cabinet Cooler systems can be found throughout the world providing cooling on programmable controllers, NC/CNC machines, computer cabinets, food service equipment, control centers and more. These products are low maintenance, low cost, compact with quick installation, have no moving parts and can eliminate lost production, nuisance tripping and other problems associated with hot electrical cabinets.  For more about our Cabinet Coolers, click here.
