Bushings

Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. can supply a wide variety of bushings. Our selection includes many types of weld-on hubs and bushings for use with all types of sprockets and pulleys. They are available in a broad range of bushing sizes and bore sizes. We can also supply custom-made solutions to meet special dimensional requirements. All of our bushings can be supplied in steel, stainless steel, and other materials. Tsubaki products offer exceptional value. They are made using the latest high-precision manufacturing processes and will provide hassle-free operation that saves time and money. Some of the features offered by our bushings include self-seating capabilities, equally spaced bolts for uniform draw-up, and reduced end disc pre-stressing.

Bushings

Some of the different types of bushings available include QD, taper-lock, and split taper-lock style bushings. These various bushings and hubs can be used for applications without hub protrusion such as creating "B" style sprockets and sheaves. The hubs are dimensionally identical to our sprocket items, which offers greater strength for shaft locking mechanisms and reduces heat distortion from welding.

Also available are XT style bushings. These bushings are designed for conveyor pulley applications. When compared to other bushing types, XT bushings provide superior holding power and easier installation/removal.  These self-seating bushings provide minimal axial shaft movement and full length engagement with the hub.
